Langa 2002

First and only time I have fished in Langa. Langa is a great river but the salmon is rather small but powerful as the river is very long. I caught 3 salmons in 2 days, one out of this pool named Bjargstrengur. This pool was packed with salmon. I started high and if you look closely then you can see a ridge running down under water cutting the pool in half. The salmon was of course jumping on the far side so I waded out to the rock in the middle of the river to the far right. As soon as I was there the salmon started to jump on the closer side... I hooked and landed one salmon in this pool.
Seen up to the mountain in Langa. The mountain has so many fantastic pools but there are around 50 pools on the mountain split normally between 3 rods.
